SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our company's online presence from the ground up. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end SEO implementation, paid advertising (Google & Social Media), social media management, online customer engagement, and email marketing campaigns.

This is a remote role requiring full dedication during UK office hours. The ideal candidate must be proactive, analytical, and results-driven, with proven experience in digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Website SEO (Complete from Scratch)

• Conduct website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues.
• Perform keyword research & competitor analysis to define ranking strategies.
• Optimize on-page SEO: meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimization, image SEO, schema markup.
• Build a strong off-page SEO strategy: backlinks, directory submissions, guest posts, outreach campaigns.
• Develop content strategy (blogs, articles, product descriptions) aligned with target audience and SEO goals.
• Monitor website analytics & search rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Improve website speed, mobile-friendliness, and user experience for better ranking.
• Regularly track, measure, and report SEO progress with actionable insights.

2. Google Ads & Paid Campaigns

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Remarketing).
• Conduct keyword bidding and optimization to maximize ROI.
• Perform A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and call-to-actions.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on conversions, CPC, CTR, and ROI.

3. Social Media Presence & Marketing

• Create and manage company pages across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop monthly content calendars with engaging graphics, videos, and copywriting.
• Run and optimize paid social media ads to promote products and services.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build an active online community.
• Track analytics for engagement, reach, and conversions.

4. Customer Engagement & Online Support

• Handle customer inquiries received via social media, website chat, or email.
• Provide professional and timely responses to build trust and satisfaction.
• Collect customer feedback to improve services and marketing strategies.

5. Email Marketing

• Create and manage email campaigns for promotions, product launches, and newsletters.
• Build and segment email subscriber lists.
• Write compelling subject lines and content to improve open rates and conversions.
• Track performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).

Requirements

• Proven 3–4 years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and content creation strategies.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and remain fully active during UK office hours.

• Must have a dedicated workspace (quiet room).
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• A modern laptop or desktop capable of handling marketing tools and software.
