About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled
Technical Content Writer
with 5+ years of proven experience in producing high-quality, engaging, and technically accurate content. The ideal candidate must be able to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and proofread
    technical documentation
    , including blogs, case studies, manuals, product guides, whitepapers, and website content.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and SMEs to gather technical information.
  • Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical readers.
  • Develop SEO-friendly content to improve online visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct industry research to write authoritative, up-to-date, and accurate content.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone, style, and quality across all written materials.
  • Review and improve existing content to enhance clarity, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in technology, software, and digital content writing.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, English, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience
    as a Technical Writer, Content Writer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development, IT concepts, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to break down complex information into simple, structured content.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, etc. (preferred)
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
