Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Research Analyst to strengthen our digital marketing and sales initiatives. In this role, you will be at the center of our B2B outreach strategy, supporting campaigns with actionable intelligence on target companies and their leadership. Your work will directly enable personalized engagement with senior IT and business decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Data & Analytics, etc.) across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate has proven expertise in market research, data-driven profiling, and technology sector insights, with the ability to synthesize information into meaningful narratives that empower marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct in-depth research on companies across diverse B2B sectors (technology, data services, software,

and beyond).


• Identify and profile key decision-makers in IT, data, and digital leadership roles.


• Track industry movements, leadership role changes, and digital activity for relevant accounts.


• Build, update, and maintain a structured lead intelligence database to support pipeline development.


• Provide tailored insights to sales and marketing teams, enabling highly personalized client engagement.


• Use CRM and research tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability.


• Contribute to go-to-market strategy by spotting trends, patterns, and whitespace opportunities in target

industries.

Requirements


• 4–6 years of experience in market research, lead intelligence, or business research, preferably in the B2B

technology or data services space.


• Proven expertise in conducting web-based research using LinkedIn, company websites, and advanced

online tools.


• Solid understanding of organizational hierarchies in technology and data-driven companies (CIO, CTO,

CDO, VP of Data/Engineering, etc.).


• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to distill complex research into clear insights.


• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, lead-gen tools, or marketing automation systems (preferred).


• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing research across multiple sectors and

geographies.
