Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Research Analyst based in Karachi. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting deep market research on both existing clients and potential opportunities for ongoing pitches and proposals. The role includes analyzing client market position, audience, and performance, mapping competitor offerings and strategies, and identifying gaps where we can add value. A key part of the job will be translating research into actionable recommendations for the business team, producing client-ready deliverables such as dossiers, battlecards, and insight slides, and supporting the creation of robust, evidence-backed proposals. The position also involves maintaining a library of industry benchmarks, running primary research when needed, and collaborating closely with Account, Creative, and Media teams to ensure insights are practical and measurable.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Statistics skills
  • Proficient in Market Research and general Research techniques
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the market research industry is a plus
