Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our Business Development team as a Trainee Data Extractor. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who are eager to gain experience in data collection, lead generation, and market research. You will play a key role in supporting business growth by identifying, extracting, and organizing valuable data from various online and internal sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and extract business-related data from websites, databases, and public sources.
  • Research potential clients, markets, and competitors to support BD initiatives.
  • Compile and maintain accurate databases for lead generation and outreach campaigns.
  • Work closely with the BD team to identify data needs and provide timely insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.
  • Assist in preparing basic reports and dashboards as required.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and data tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or any relevant field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to research and extract data efficiently from online sources.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
