Data Extractor – Cold Email Outreach

Job Overview:

We are expanding our team and hiring a
batch of 5 Junior Data Extractors
to support our cold email outreach and lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, validating, and organizing high-quality prospect data aligned with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and collect prospect data from tools such as
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase
    , and other reliable databases.
  • Validate, clean, and remove duplicates
    to ensure data accuracy and high deliverability.
  • Format and upload
    prospect lists into
    Salesforce
    according to company standards and campaign requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all extracted and validated data.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve targeting strategies and data quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    data entry, data scraping, or lead generation
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    Salesforce
    , especially in
    data import and list management
    .
  • Proficiency in using
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Crunchbase
    for prospect sourcing.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting
    cold email or B2B lead generation campaigns
    .
  • Understanding of
    CRM data management
    and best practices.
