Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Finance Executive with strong expertise in Taxation and Import matters to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and managing all aspects of import-related documentation and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely monthly and year-end closings, and support external audit processes.
  • Prepare cash flow statements and other financial reports for management on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts regularly.
  • Monitor notices on FBR and Sales Tax Portals; coordinate with consultants for compliance and timely submissions.
  • Prepare and file input-output tax data, salary income tax records, and withholding tax (WHT) certificates.
  • Maintain up-to-date tax records and support tax audits.
  • Post and reconcile vendor invoices, customer receipts, and related entries in SAP.
  • Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers monthly and share balance confirmations.
  • Track aging of receivables and payables and support cash flow planning.
  • Maintain accurate SAP records for inventory movements, project codes, daily transactions, and currency exchange rates.
  • Identify and close open items in SAP such as Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), GRNs, and Accounts Payable (AP) entries to ensure data hygiene.
  • Monitor inventory aging, stock adjustments, and support costing and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure proper documentation for imports, including invoices, packing lists, BLs, and customs duties.
  • Support clearing agents and bank processes related to imports and remittances.
  • Prepare customer invoices with all supporting documentation as per contract terms.
  • Maintain records of security deposits, tender submissions, and customer advance tracking.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of all commercial transactions in SAP.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs80,000.00 per month
