Position: Sr. Project Manager

We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our Project Department. The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineer with 7–8 years of proven experience in project management, BOQ preparation, and cost control.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree will be a plus).
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP/Primavera P6) will be preferred.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
  • Strong background in project costing, estimation, and BOQ preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project execution from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare, review, and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Manage project budgets, cost estimation, and financial forecasting.
  • Monitor progress, prepare schedules, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
  • Provide regular progress and variance reports to management.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong command in BOQ preparation and costing.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
