Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads within the international market for custom packaging solutions.
  • Conduct client outreach, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in the 
    custom packaging industry
     is mandatory.
  • Strong background in 
    B2B international sales
    .
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and close deals effectively.
  • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.

Location: EME Sector, Lahore

Timings: Morning, Evening, and Night Shift
