Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Outbound Sales Agent. The Outbound Sales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting company services and products, and closing sales. The role involves following up with leads, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Additionally, the agent will work closely with the training team to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to close deals
  • Insurance knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Excellent training and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
