Role Purpose:

The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and ensuring that all site activities comply with company standards, client requirements, and quality benchmarks. The role will focus on implementing quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures at project sites, ensuring smooth execution, and maintaining documentation for compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor all site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Verify that materials, tools, and equipment meet specified quality standards before use.
  • Review and approve site work processes, methods, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Contractors to address quality-related concerns.
  • Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented where needed.
  • Support internal and external audits related to quality compliance.
  • Train and guide site teams on quality standards and best practices.
  • Ensure all work complies with ISO standards, company policies, and client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, preferably in construction, fit-out, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, standards, and site supervision.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and HSE standards.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
