Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finishing Supervisor located in Karachi. The Finishing Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the finishing department, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained. Responsibilities include managing a team of workers, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products, inspecting garments for quality assurance, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in garment finishing processes and quality control
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain logistics
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments
  • Understanding of safety regulations and compliance
  • Previous experience in the textile or apparel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Management, or related field preferred
