About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3–4 years of experience, ideally within a software house or IT services company. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of English, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in lead generation, closing leads, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and engage potential leads through cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach
Clearly communicate value propositions to prospective clients in English
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Set appointments or demos for Account Executives or Business Development Managers
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and outreach strategies
Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM systems
Support in smooth onboarding of clients after deal closure
Regularly report performance metrics and suggest areas for improvement
Requirements:
3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation – preferably in a software house or IT services firm
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Proven ability to generate, qualify, and close leads
Experience with cold emailing and outbound prospecting strategies
Familiarity with CRM tools – Salesforce experience is a plus
Ability to understand and communicate IT/software solutions
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Nice to Have:
Experience in B2B SaaS or software development sales
Prior experience with Salesforce CRM
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and digital services
