About the Role

We are looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our fast-growing international team. This role is perfect for individuals who are confident communicators, enjoy connecting with people, and are driven by results.

As an SDR, you'll engage directly with
USA and North American clients
, conducting discovery calls, managing outreach, taking meetings that drive growth. If you're passionate about sales, communication, and relationship-building — this is the perfect opportunity to launch or grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    outbound calls and Zoom meetings
    with prospective clients to introduce our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    international clients (US & North America).
  • Identify qualified opportunities and pass them to senior sales representatives.
  • Communicate with confidence, empathy, and professionalism across all channels.
  • Track and manage leads through our CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Must-Haves

  • Excellent English communication skills
    (spoken and written).
  • 1–2 years of experience
    dealing with USA or North American clients (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates with
    outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    are also encouraged to apply.
  • Confident on
    video calls and face-to-face client meetings.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
