As our business continues to grow, we are expanding into digital marketing to strengthen our online presence and manage marketing projects for both Junk & Demolition Pros and other U.S.-based clients.

We're looking for a Project Manager – Digital Marketing to lead, organise, and execute marketing projects that drive growth and enhance brand visibility across multiple platforms.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager – Digital Marketing to oversee client onboarding, campaign management, and creative execution.

You will work closely with our internal marketing, design, and advertising teams to manage multiple digital campaigns for Junk & Demolition Pros and external clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of digital marketing project management experience, a proven track record of delivering results, and strong communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple digital marketing projects across:

• SEO and website optimisation
• Social media management and content strategy
• Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns
• Graphic design and animation projects

Lead client onboarding — gather requirements, set timelines, define objectives, and ensure a smooth handoff to operational teams.

Coordinate with internal teams (designers, content creators, ad specialists) to execute deliverables efficiently.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports for clients and management.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication.

Suggest and implement process improvements for better workflow and efficiency.

Maintain a professional, organised, and solution-oriented approach at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing project management.

Strong understanding of:

• SEO and local search marketing
• Social media marketing and content creation
• Paid advertising (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Creative production workflows (design, video, animation)

Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or ).

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, make decisions confidently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with service-based or home improvement industries is a plus.

Pay: Up to Rs340,000.00 per month
