About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Project Coordinator
to support our software development projects. This role will act as the bridge between the sales team, management, and the development team. The Project Coordinator will ensure the timely preparation of project proposals and portfolios, track updates from sales, and coordinate with developers to align client requirements with delivery. The ideal candidate understands the basics of the software development lifecycle and has strong communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proposal & Portfolio Preparation
  • Draft and prepare project proposals, portfolios, and supporting documentation immediately after client meetings.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure proposals are accurate and aligned with client requirements.
  • Sales & Client Coordination
  • Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads, proposals, and project opportunities.
  • Provide timely updates to management on the status of client discussions and proposals.
  • Ensure smooth handover of project details from sales to the development team.
  • Software Development Team Coordination
  • Act as a communication link between the development team, sales, and management.
  • Track progress of ongoing projects and ensure deliverables align with agreed timelines and scope.
  • Document meeting notes, requirements, and action items clearly for the team.
  • Monitoring & Reporting
  • Maintain project documentation and track project status across different stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Identify and flag risks, delays, or dependencies to management proactively.
  • Provide regular reports and dashboards on project status.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role in
    the software development / IT industry
    .
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum familiarity is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
