The Project Coordinator supports the CEO in driving organizational priorities, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring that strategic projects are executed efficiently. This role acts as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, providing administrative, analytical, and project management support.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor progress of CEO-led strategic projects.

Develop project timelines, deliverables, and dashboards for tracking progress.

Follow up with department heads to ensure the timely completion of key tasks.

Identify risks, delays, and provide solutions/recommendations.

Prepare briefing notes, presentations, reports, and documentation for the CEO.

Assist in planning and organizing CEO meetings, events, and internal reviews.

Coordinate travel, schedules, and logistics for CEO-related engagements.

Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams.

Communicate action items and decisions from the CEO to relevant teams.

Draft emails, memos, and communication materials on behalf of the CEO.

Engage with external partners, clients, and stakeholders as needed.

Conduct research and compile data needed for CEO decision-making.

Prepare monthly reports, performance summaries, and analytics updates.

Maintain databases, project trackers, and documentation.

Help streamline processes across departments to support organizational efficiency.

Coordinate special initiatives, events, and high-priority tasks assigned by the CEO.

Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or related field.

Experience

3to 7 years experience in project coordination, executive support, operations, or similar roles.

Experience working with senior leadership is an asset.

Skills

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High level of discretion and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs120,000.00 per month
