Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to oversee daily store operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure smooth stock management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience in inventory handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor stock levels, ensuring timely requisition and availability of materials.
  • Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments in ERP .
  • Supervise store staff and ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams for stock requirements.
  • Implement and follow inventory control procedures to minimize wastage and pilferage.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of the store.

Requirements:

  • Education: Intermediate or Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Excel (formulas, reporting).
  • Experience: Prior experience in inventory/store management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30, Rs35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
