Job Description – Fabric & Accessories Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the fabric and accessories store.
  • Manage stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system records.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of fabric and accessories to maintain quality.
  • Coordinate with production, merchandising, and supply chain teams for material issuance and returns.
  • Monitor stock consumption trends and prepare usage/consumption reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and security within the store premises.
  • Implement SOPs for stock handling, issuance, and record-keeping.
  • Supervise store staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to inventory.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in store/inventory management (textile/retail fashion industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and ERP systems.
  • Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs125,000.00 per month
