The organization operates 20 hospitals and over 50 clinics nationwide, treating an average of 10,200 patients daily and performing 1100 surgeries every working day. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ophthalmologist located in Shahpur (Sargodha). The Ophthalmologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a range of eye-related conditions, performing surgeries, and providing appropriate follow-up care to patients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting eye exams, managing patient records, operating specialized medical equipment, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ophthalmology, including diagnosing and treating various eye conditions
• Experience with Surgery, particularly cataract and other common eye-related surgeries
• Knowledge of Optometry, Laser treatments, and other advanced eye care techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
• Relevant medical degree and professional certifications in Ophthalmology
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in underserved or nonprofit sectors, is a plus.
