Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BCM (Building Completion Manager) based in Rawalpindi. The BCM will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure project completion within timelines, manage subcontractor coordination, and assure compliance with safety standards. The BCM will also conduct regular inspections, monitor project progress, and resolve any on-site issues to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Project management skills and experience in overseeing construction site operations.
• Proficiency in subcontractor coordination and resource management.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
