Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BCM/Team Lead located in Rawalpindi. The BCM/Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing business continuity management, leading a team, developing and implementing plans and strategies, and ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks will include conducting risk assessments, supervising team activities, coordinating with various departments, and reporting on project progress. The role requires effective leadership and communication skills to ensure smooth operation.

  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Experience in Business Continuity Management and Risk Assessment
  • Project Coordination and Strategic Planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Proven track record in the real estate industry is a plus
