Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our construction and interior projects. The role involves supervision of site activities, coordination with contractors, and ensuring high-quality finishing and design execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage interior and architectural projects from start to completion
• Ensure work quality, materials, and finishes meet design and safety standards
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for timely project execution
• Review drawings, specifications, and site layouts to ensure accuracy
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues
• Oversee finishing works including flooring, ceiling, paint, wood, glass, and other interior elements
• Prepare and maintain project progress reports and ensure timely completion within set budgets
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of construction management, interior finishing, and architectural detailing
  
• Proficiency in structural design principles and relevant civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABS, or STAAD)
  
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
  
• Commitment to maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards
  

Qualification

• MSc/BSc in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized institute
  

Experience

• +3 years of experience in interior finishing, architectural, and interior works
