About Us:

Channel Migration is a dynamic immigration & visa consultancy office located at G-14, 1st Floor, Masjid Chowk, DHA Phase 1, Lahore.

We specialise in assisting clients with visa applications, immigration services and overseas travel documentation. We are looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Visa Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and advise clients on visa/ immigration options, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of visa regulations, immigration rules and travel industry changes.
  • Provide excellent customer service: answer client queries, follow up on applications and keep clients informed of progress.
  • Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Pakistan‑based visa/ immigration processes and international travel documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Urdu).
  • PC literate (MS Office, email, database systems).

  • Ethical, trustworthy and respectful of client confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to stay updated on changing visa policies and immigration regulations.
