Jr. Visa Operations Officer
to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a
fresh graduate in B.S Aviation
who is passionate about building a career in the travel and tourism industry.

As a Jr. Visa Operations Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with
visa consultancy services
, handling
all operational tasks
, and supporting the processing of
Far East countries' visas
. You will gain hands-on experience in travel operations, client handling, and visa processing while working in a professional environment that encourages growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing visa applications and documentation for clients.
  • Handle operational tasks related to Far East countries' visa processes.
  • Provide support in visa consultancy and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely updates.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to the travel agency environment.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    B.S Aviation (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interest and passion for the travel and aviation industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
