Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
  • Work with large datasets and optimize models for accuracy and performance.
  • Collaborate with software developers and data engineers to integrate models into applications.
  • Research and experiment with new algorithms, tools, and techniques in AI/ML.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed models for consistent performance.
  • Document processes, model performance, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics (depending on project scope).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
  • Exposure to LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI tools.
