Experience
  • Minimum 3 years administration & supply chain planning experience.
Requirements
  • Skill sets related to the stock management, administration and planning.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of airport facilities, including terminal services, maintenance and readiness of the whole airport facility.
  • Coordinate with all relevant departments including supply chain, procurement, camp facilities, aircraft operator and fuel provider to ensure the availability and readiness of the required stock.
  • Planning and executing of the requisitions for the airport facility.
  • Conduct regular inspections on the runway, taxiway apron and airport facilities prior flight arrival.
  • Ensure passengers have a positive experience by addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Manage the flow of inbound & outbound passengers through apron gates.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure aircraft schedules are in place.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of airport facilities, runways, taxiways, and other equipment and infrastructure. - Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely and effective facility maintenance.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with documented SOPs LOPs, safety standards, and security protocols.
  • Any task assigned by the Airport lead regarding Airstrip operations.

Barrick
