Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Executive/Assistant located in Damma Saudi Arabia. The Branch Sales Executive/Assistant will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating sales leads, presenting products to clients, handling customer inquiries, and providing after-sales support. The role also involves maintaining an updated knowledge of products, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
  • Strong knowledge of Rigging, Lifting Gear, and safety products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software
  • Experience in customer service and support
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in the construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
