- Assistant Branch Manager
As part of the Crumble team, you'll play a vital role in delivering excellent service, maintaining smooth operations, and contributing to a vibrant and efficient work environment. Depending on your role, your responsibilities may include:
- Overseeing daily operations, including sales, inventory, and dispatch
- Managing staff schedules and shift performance
- Guiding and supporting customers to ensure a seamless in-store experience
- Driving operational efficiency through data and performance tracking
- Supporting team training and development
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other branches and central teams to align goals
What We're Looking For
- Assistant Branch Manager: 2+ years of experience in operations, retail, FMCG, or similar fields
- Bachelor's degree (preferred for managerial roles)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (for relevant roles)
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset and ability to adapt to high-volume operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
