Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Home Care and Home Health Agency Billing role based in Islamabad. Responsibilities include handling billing processes related to home care and home health agencies, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims, managing payment postings, and identifying and addressing claim denials. The role requires effective communication with clients and payers, maintaining compliance with policies, and providing support for revenue cycle optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience and expertise in Home Care and Elder Care practices
  • Strong Communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
  • Competency in Personal Care and Caregiving with attention to detail and compassion
  • Additional skills in problem-solving and familiarity with healthcare billing processes are advantageous
  • Previous experience in revenue cycle management or medical billing is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment

Role Description

  • Responsible for 
    billing for non-skilled home care and skilled home health services
    .
  • Experience required:
     2 years in home care or home health agency billing.

Preferred Platforms / Systems Experience:

  • Hospital / ER Billing: Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts, HCA Pulse, WellSky/Kinnser
  • Home Health / Home Care Billing: HHA Exchange, Alora, WellSky/Kinnser, Brightree, MatrixCare, ClearCare


Skills / Knowledge:

  • Thorough understanding of medical billing workflows, claim submission, payer follow-ups, and denial management.
  • Experience in managing accounts receivable and optimizing collections.
  • Ability to work across multiple billing platforms.
