Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-proven B2B Sales Closer & Team Lead to play a pivotal role in our expansion. This is a dual-focus position designed for a seasoned professional who excels not only in hunting and closing high-value deals but also in mentoring and leading a team to achieve collective success. You will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth while developing the next generation of top sales talent.

Key Responsibilities

Hunt & Close (Individual Contributor Role)

  • Conduct strategic outbound touches daily to C-level executives (CEOs, CMOs, Owners) in our target international markets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation, consistently closing a minimum of 5-7 new deals monthly across our premium service lines.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach, developing data-backed proposals that align with client-specific KPIs and business objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, profitable client relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention.

Build & Lead (Team Leadership Role)

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 3-5 junior Business Development Representatives, focusing on enhancing their skills in prospecting, qualification, and initial engagement.
  • Conduct weekly performance review sessions, including pipeline analysis, call playback critiques, and strategic role-playing exercises.
  • Set a strong performance example and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the team to exceed collective monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in international B2B outbound sales, specifically targeting the UK and/or US markets.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience in a sales leadership or team coaching capacity within a high-velocity sales environment.
  • A verifiable track record of 1.5+ years successfully selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM) to B2B clients.
  • Documented history of closing high-ticket deals, with experience in negotiating agreements of significant value (six-figure PKR and above).
  • Fluent and professional English communication skills, with a clear and credible phone presence for client-facing interactions.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and hold a team accountable to high standards.

  • Shift Timings (Choose One):
  • UK Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (PKT)
  • US Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PKT)
