CALL FOR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (FWA)

MOBILITY DEVICES AND REHAB SERVICES

(Ref: FD-ISLA-00510)

Federation Handicap International works in around 60 countries in emergency, reconstruction, chronic crisis and development contexts. Since 1982, the association has been working alongside vulnerable populations and in particular persons with disability.

In the early 1980s, Handicap International's first activities in Pakistan focused on support for Afghan refugees and this work continued up until the end of the 1990s. Following a series of natural disasters, the organization returned to Pakistan to support vulnerable people caught up in several humanitarian crises.

Federation Handicap International intends to establish a Framework Agreement for MOBILITY DEVICES AND REHAB SERVICES (Ref: FD-ISLA across various categories (Lot 1 to Lot 4d) with potential and qualified Manufacturer/Importer and Service Providers. Detailed information is available in the tender documents attached to this advertisement.

The Selected vendor(s)/Bidder(s) will enter into a ''Framework Agreement'' for One (01) year extendable one more year on mutual agreement and on excellent performance.

The bidder(s) may apply for ONE LOT or MULTIPLE LOTS. The specific lot(s) being applied for must be clearly indicated on the envelope

The Bidding documents shall include the following documents:

  • Application Form
  • Appendix B. HI General Purchasing Conditions
  • Appendix C. HI Good Business Practices
  • List of items as per attached Annex – D (Lot 1 to Lot 4)
  • Mandatory Policies (Anti-Fraud, Child Protection, PSEA, Code of Conduct)
