About Role:

The ideal candidate has to have hands-on experience in
custom theme development, plugin integration, page builders (especially Elementor), website optimization, and security best practices
. Responsible for maintaining and improving our existing WordPress projects as well as building new solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, & maintain
custom WordPress themes and templates
from scratch.

● Build, customize, and extend
Elementor-based websites.

● Integrate and customize third-party plugins, or develop custom plugins when required.

● Implement
website performance optimizations
(speed, caching, database queries, image optimization, etc.).

● Ensure
security best practices
are applied (hardening, vulnerability fixes, updates, monitoring).

● Manage
end-to-end project delivery,
including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.

● Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

●
Animations

● Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and cross-browser compatibility problems.

● Stay updated with the latest
WordPress trends, tools
, and best practices.

● Basic understanding of
SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Strong knowledge of
PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

● Experience in custom
theme development
and
WordPress core customization
.

● Proficiency in
Elementor
and other page builders.

● Familiarity with
WooCommerce and e-commerce
website development.

● Experience with
website performance optimization
(Core Web Vitals, GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights).

● Knowledge of
WordPress security practices
and server configurations.

● Understanding of
MySQL databases
and query optimization.

● Version control
(Git)
knowledge is a plus.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
