Key Responsibilities
1. LinkedIn Content & Engagement

  • Create and publish
    engaging LinkedIn posts
    featuring company updates, product highlights, thought leadership, and client testimonials.
  • Plan and manage a
    monthly LinkedIn content calendar
    to ensure consistent and strategic communication.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to maintain a
    refined and cohesive brand image
    .
  • Actively
    engage with followers
    through comments, replies, and meaningful discussions to boost visibility and credibility.

2. LinkedIn Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Use
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    to identify and connect with qualified B2B prospects.
  • Build and maintain
    professional relationships
    with C-level executives, retailers, distributors, and decision-makers.
  • Send
    personalized connection requests
    , follow up effectively, and nurture relationships through one-on-one engagement.

3. Sales & Proposal Support

  • Present
    brand offerings and partnership opportunities
    via LinkedIn messages, email, or virtual meetings.
  • Draft and manage
    sales proposals
    , maintain lead pipelines, and track engagement progress.
  • Collaborate closely with the
    sales and marketing teams
    to ensure smooth handovers and conversions.

4. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyze key LinkedIn metrics — impressions, engagement rates, and conversion ratios.
  • Identify
    top-performing content
    and outreach strategies to guide future campaigns.
  • Prepare
    monthly performance reports
    with actionable insights and recommendations.

5. Market & Competitor Research

  • Stay updated on the
    latest LinkedIn trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
    .
  • Conduct
    competitor monitoring
    to identify new engagement and positioning opportunities.
  • Uphold a
    professional brand voice
    in all interactions and communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, Communications
    , or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience
    in B2B LinkedIn engagement, outreach, or lead generation (experience in a
    luxury or marketing agency
    is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    and C-level prospecting.
  • Excellent written English
    and a polished, professional communication style.
  • Bonus: Ability to create
    visually appealing posts
    using Canva or similar tools.
  • Understanding of
    digital sales funnels and lead conversion
    principles.
