About the Role

We are looking for a talented Social Media Strategist to plan, develop, and oversee our social media campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and the ability to grow our online presence while generating measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
  • Oversee posting on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and prepare reports
  • Research competitor activity and industry trends
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for effective campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist / Digital Marketer
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Ads Manager)
  • Creative and strategic mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and online branding
  • Experience in the education or consultancy sector is a plus
