Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and provide updates on investigation progress.
  • To conduct primary and secondary verification for multiple background checks.
  • Fact-finding and digging into the records through state departments against the subjects across the globe.
  • Prepare detailed and well-structured reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • To ensure the closure of cases assigned in the given EDC provided by the client.
  • Research for the subject information against multiple media outlets
  • Maintain data files on the server to ensure the confidentiality of information and work.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained for both customers and information.
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor/manager.
  • Ensure all investigations comply with international legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the investigation process.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Educational Requirement:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
