bout the Project

We are building the
Application
, a high-performance hybrid mobile and web application built using
React, TypeScript, Ionic and Capacitor
. The CRM integrates multiple real estate tools, lead management, marketing automation, and cross-platform native capabilities for Android and iOS.

This project involves working with modularized service components, responsive UI, API integrations, and in-app browser flows.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive
    React + TypeScript
    components using
    HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS
    .
  • Work with
    Ionic React components
    to ensure smooth hybrid app performance across web and mobile.
  • Implement and optimize UI/UX interactions including modals, dropdowns, and embedded iframes (e.g., YouTube or in-app dashboards).
  • Integrate app features using
    Capacitor APIs
    (Browser, Device, Preferences, etc.).
  • Collaborate with backend and API teams to connect UI with real data.
  • Debug, test, and optimize performance across web and mobile environments.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable TypeScript code.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain project consistency using
    ESLint
    ,
    Prettier
    , and Git workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to project structure and naming conventions defined in the existing codebase.

Required Skills

  • 5–6 years
    of experience in front-end development using
    React
    and
    TypeScript
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    HTML5
    ,
    CSS3
    , and responsive design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Ionic Framework (React)
    and
    Capacitor
    .
  • Proficiency in state management and React Hooks.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, routing, and modular architecture.
  • Experience with
    Bootstrap
    ,
    Material UI
    , or
    Emotion Styled Components
    .
  • Familiarity with
    React Router
    , and
    Dropdowns
    .
  • Familiar with version control systems like
    Git
    .

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with
