Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AM/Sr. Executive NPD located in Karachi Division. The day-to-day tasks for this role include product development as per rhe idea conception from the Business Development via formulation, Raw Material Sourcing, Lab-Scale trial batches, Specs and Stability Studies, and Commercial Upscaling. The role involves collaborating with various departments to innovate and improve product offerings, overseeing compliance with industry standards, and managing project timelines effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Pharm. D.
  • B. Pharm.
  • BSc. Chemistry.
  • B.E.M.S

EXPERIENCE:

  • Relevant
    experience with track record of R&D / NPD of any well reputed Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical Organization
  • Hands-On Experience in Formulation, Product Trial Run and Relevant Documentation Preparation & Implementation
  • Experiened in development and launch of NPD for at least 3 out of 5 segments i.e. OSDs, Oral Liquids, Creams, Ointments/ Gels and Personal Care Products.
  • Good Knowledge of running Lab-Scale R&D Instrumentation specially Tablet Compression and Coating, Homogenizers, Multi-Connect, etc.
  • Having been actively involved in Commercial-Level Upscaling with coordinating as Team Member or Leader
