About the Role

Globo Tech Solutions is looking for experienced and motivated Chat Support Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage live chat interactions on platforms such as Twitch and Discord, assist potential customers, and convert inquiries into successful sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and proven experience in customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
  • Provide accurate, clear, and detailed information about our products and services.
  • Actively promote Globo Tech Solutions' offerings and close sales.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 55,000 per month (based on experience).

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in a similar chat support / customer service role.
