Role Description

This is a full-time role for Facebook Chat Support at GTech Solutions. The role involves providing exceptional customer support through Facebook chat, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. The Chat Support Specialist will also assist with order processing and technical troubleshooting. This is an on-site role located in Karāchi, requiring the candidate to work from our office premises.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Analytical skills to assess and address customer issues effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently on-site in Karāchi
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
