About the Role

We're looking for a creative, fast, and organized Social Media Content Designer to produce engaging visual content across our social channels. You'll turn ideas and briefs into scroll-stopping posts, shorts, stories, and simple motion pieces that align with our brand and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design social-first content: static posts, carousels, stories, banners, and lightweight motion graphics
  • Adapt designs for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Create short-form video assets: reels/shorts (editing clips, adding captions, overlays, and hooks)
  • Develop on-brand templates, thumbnails, and style guides to ensure visual consistency
  • Write concise, on-brand post copy and captions when needed
  • Source and manage licensed assets (fonts, stock images/video), and maintain organized design files
  • Collaborate on content calendars and execute timely publishing handoffs
  • Optimize assets for specs, accessibility (alt text, readable contrast), and performance
  • Iterate based on analytics and feedback; A/B test creatives
  • Maintain fast communication during agreed working hours

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in social media design or content creation
  • Strong portfolio of social content (carousels, reels/shorts, thumbnails, stories)
  • Proficiency with design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, CapCut/Premiere/Final Cut)
  • Motion graphics basics (text animation, transitions, stickers, lower thirds)
  • Understanding of platform specs, trends, and hooks for TikTok/Instagram/YouTube/LinkedIn
  • Excellent typography, layout, color, and brand systems skills
  • Clear communicator; reliable, organized, and deadline-driven
  • Basic knowledge of social copywriting and SEO for titles/descriptions
  • Bonus: experience with analytics, UGC-style editing, or illustration

  • 20 hours per week with daily check-ins (Mon–Fri)
