Experience

  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of occupational health and safety policies across the site.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections and report hazards or unsafe practices.
  • Support safety supervisors in accident and incident investigations.
  • Promote safe work practices and safety awareness among personnel.
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of safety documentation and reports.
  • Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support emergency response and occupational health programs on-site.
  • Liaise with contractors and site management regarding health and safety matters.
  • Report on safety performance and incidents to the Safety Supervisor or Manager.
  • Support the implementation of the Critical Control Management Program.
  • Encourage a safety-first culture among workers and contractors.
