About the Role:

As a Bookkeeping Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and enrolling clients who need professional bookkeeping services. You'll consult with small and medium-sized business owners, understand their financial challenges, and offer tailored bookkeeping solutions powered by Scalech's expertise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Understand client pain points related to bookkeeping and present our service solutions effectively
  • Collaborate with the internal accounting team to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and onboarding targets


Requirements:

Background in
Finance, Accounting, or related field
(required)

Proven experience in
sales, business development, or client acquisition

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to explain bookkeeping and financial services in a simple, value-driven way

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
