Job Summary:
Gatronova is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers at our Head Office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while providing essential administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, fax, or in person.
- Manage room bookings and appointments.
- Maintain organized filing systems and records (physical and digital).
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Receive, log, and distribute courier mail, purchase bills, and other incoming documents.
- Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (B.Com, B.A, B.S, BSc).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
