Job Purpose:

The Assistant Instructor – IT will support the IT Instructor in delivering quality education and training to students. The role involves assisting in lesson planning, conducting practical sessions, and ensuring that students gain hands-on experience in IT-related subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the IT Instructor in delivering lectures, practical demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Provide individual and group support to students in understanding IT concepts.
  • Supervise students during lab sessions, ensuring proper use of equipment and software.
  • Support in curriculum implementation and maintain an engaging learning environment.
  • Ensure the IT lab is well-maintained and equipped with the required software and hardware.
  • Assist students in troubleshooting technical issues during practical sessions.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications used for training.
  • Help students with assignments, projects, and practical work.
  • Monitor student progress and report to the Instructor.
  • Assist in conducting assessments, quizzes, and exams.
  • Maintain records of student attendance and performance.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and lesson plans.
  • Ensure compliance with academic policies and institute guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT training or technical support (fresh graduates with strong IT skills may also apply).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Networking, Programming, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
