Sale Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand — driving new business growth, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with interior designers, homeowners, corporate clients, and retailers to deliver tailored furniture solutions that meet their aesthetic and functional needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, cold calling, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both B2B and B2C clients.
- Conduct professional showroom and onsite product presentations, highlighting features, customization options, and pricing.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts to close sales effectively.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed on product lines, inventory, design trends, and competitor activities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all sales activities within CRM tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the furniture or interior design industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a strong record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Good understanding of furniture materials, design concepts, and market trends (an advantage).
- Ability to assess client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
