Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Management Trainee - SMB. The position is located in Karāchi. The trainee will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and ensuring customers receive the best service. Daily tasks include analyzing customer needs, handling customer inquiries, and communicating effectively to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Analytical Skills to understand and resolve customer issues
- Customer Support and Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and Urdu
- Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, IT, or related field
