About the Role

TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Embedded Systems Software Engineer to design, develop, and integrate advanced embedded software solutions across diverse hardware platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with around two years of experience who want to contribute to impactful, real-world projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop embedded software and firmware for custom hardware platforms.

· Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure seamless software–hardware integration.

· Design and implement applications using RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr) or bare-metal systems.

· Develop and integrate low-level drivers (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, GPIO).

· Conduct board bring-up, bootloader development, and peripheral validation.

· Debug and troubleshoot systems using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG.

· Optimize system resources, including memory, CPU performance, and power consumption.

· Review schematics and PCB layouts for software compatibility and integration.

· Document architecture, development processes, and debugging protocols.

· Stay updated with modern embedded technologies and secure communication protocols.

Core Competencies

· Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded software development.

· Experience with microcontroller platforms (ARM Cortex-M, AVR, PIC, etc.).

· Strong knowledge of hardware-software co-design and driver-level programming.

· Hands-on experience with RTOS, embedded Linux, and real-time systems.

· Strong debugging skills (GDB, JTAG, oscilloscopes, etc.).

· Experience in board bring-up and system-level troubleshooting.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

· Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development.
