Hiring Social Media Manager (Full-Time / Remote)

We're looking for a
proactive Social Media Manager
who's more than just a content creator. If you have hands-on experience in
outreach, community building, connection building, and growing social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter),
we want to meet you

This is NOT a "post and ghost" role. We're looking for someone who understands how to
create content that builds trust, drives engagement, and converts into meaningful relationships
.

What You'll Do:

  • Create & manage engaging content across
    Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter
    .
  • Develop and execute
    outreach strategies
    to connect with influencers, partners, and potential clients.
  • Build and nurture online communities through
    active engagement & conversations
    .
  • Research trends, competitors, and insights to keep our content strategy sharp.
  • Design simple, on-brand assets using
    Canva
    .
  • Write compelling, platform-specific copy (posts, threads, captions, hooks, CTAs).
  • Manage posting schedules and ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a
    Social Media Manager
    (preferably in B2B or creator-focused industries).
  • Strong grasp of
    Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter
    growth strategies.
  • Skilled in
    outreach, community building, and connection building
    .
  • Excellent
    copywriting
    skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in
    Canva (or similar design tools)
    .
  • Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience with
    tools
    (Notion, Claude, Walaaxy etc).
  • Understand
    growth hacking strategies
    for organic reach.
  • Can create content calendars and manage projects on Notion/Airtable.
