Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent specializing in Truck Dispatching, located in Faisalabad. The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with clients, selling dispatching services, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include managing client communications, identifying potential sales opportunities, coordinating with the dispatch team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves frequent client interactions, handling inquiries, and providing information about our trucking services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales experience and the ability to identify and close deals
  • Experience in Training and onboarding new clients or staff
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in the transportation industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
